CHEESE BREAD BUNS WITH SWEET GUAVA PASTE
Recipe (15 buns)
Add the cassava starch, cornstarch, and sugar to the costeño cheese and stir. Add butter and knead. Gradually add the milk until you get a uniform and smooth dough that does not break. Cut the guava paste into small pieces. Form balls of dough, fill with guava paste and bake until golden brown (approx. 10 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius).

330 g of Costeño Bajo Grande cheese
165 g tapioca starch (Maniokstärke)
35 g cornstarch
25g sugar
35 grams of butter
about 50 ml milk
