CHUZO DESGRANADO
Recipe (4 to 6 servings)
Combine the flour, salt, and grated Costeño cheese with about 2.5 cups of water.
Knead until you get a smooth mixture.
Form buns with a diameter of 3 cm and a length of 8 cm. Set aside for later use.
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces.
Steam the buns or boil them in water.
Add olive oil to a pan and fry the chicken until golden brown.
Remove the buns and cut them into 1cm slices.
Chop the lettuce and grate the Costeño cheese.
Place the lettuce on a plate, top with the corn, and then the chips.
Add the chicken pieces and the bun slices.
Cover everything with Costeño cheese and pour the tartar sauce on top.
Perfect for lunch or dinner.

100 g Campesino cheese Bajo Grande
850 g sweet corn
500g chicken breast
1 head of mountain lettuce
150 g of Costeño Bajo Grande cheese
200g hot dog chips
